Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department Youth and Family Services Division’s Physical and Sexual Abuse Branch have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Enticing a Child offense that occurred on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, in the 1400 Branch Avenue, Southeast.

At approximately 6:30 pm, the suspect attempted to entice a 13 year-old juvenile female to engage in sexual acts for U.S. currency. The suspect was apprehended by responding by officers.

On Tuesday, April 16, 2019, 35 year-old Felnibe Patefagou, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Enticing a Child.
