Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Thursday, April 25, 2019, in the 3200 block of Wheeler Road, Southeast.

At approximately 2:57 pm, the suspect discharged a firearm at the victims, at the listed location.  The suspect then fled the scene.  No injuries were reported.

On Friday, April 26, 2019, a 17 year-old juvenile male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun).
