On  Monday, December 6, 2021 at approximately 8:39 pm, Mr. Stephon Franks was shot in the intersection of Suitland Parkway and Stanton Road, SE. Mr. Franks succumbed to his injuries on December 7, 2021. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
