On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at approximately 6:40 pm, Mr. Inoe Javier Salvador was stabbed to death in the 1400 block of Perry Place, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
