On Monday, November 18, 2013, at approximately 2:10 AM, Sephar Jean-Simon was stabbed in the 1200 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW, and subsequently succumbed to his injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
