On Saturday, April 1, 2006, at approximately 2:00 am, Delonta Kelsey, aka Scooter, was shot and killed while driving in his vehicle at the intersection of Georgia Avenue at Bryant Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
