On October 17, 2005, at approximately 12:33 am, Kevin Jackson and Marcel Merritt were found lying in the eastbound lanes of Suitland Parkway, SE, between Statnton Road and Alabama Avenue. Both victims had been shot and killed. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
