On February 9, 2005, Joseph Bell was found suffering from trauma to the head in a restroom at Providence Hospital, 1150 Varnum Street, NE. On April 18, 2005, Joseph Bell died as a result of these injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
