On Tuesday, December 24, 1991, at approximately 11:30 pm, Joel Simpson, aka “Buddy” was shot and killed in the rear of 4013 8th Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
