On Wednesday, February 14, 2023, at approximately 7:38 pm, Ms. Kimberly Stevens, Ms. Renee Bigelow, and Mr. Leon Melvin Harper were found shot to death in the 5000 block of Jay Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding these homicides.
