Circumstance:

Officer Giguere was an observer and Officer Jackson was the pilot in the Police Helicopter, when it suddenly crashed. JUNO ONE had just cleared a false "Burglary in Progress" call when it experienced electrical problems and hit power lines.

Both officers perished.
