On Thursday, September 17, 2020 at approximately 6:29 pm, Ms. Donika Simone Hawkins was shot and killed in the rear of the 1800 block of Alabama Avenue, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
