On Thursday, March 17, 2022 at approximately 8:33 pm, Mr. Jacky Brooks was shot and killed in the 4100 block of South Capitol Terrace, SW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
