On Sunday, January 3, 2021 at approximately 2:31 am, Ms. Ka’Ailyha Rainey was shot and killed in the 3700 block of Wheeler Road, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
