On March 8, 2003, at approximately 10:14 pm, Mr. Raven Darnell “Ray” Carroll was shot and killed in the 400 block of Condon Terrace, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
