On Saturday, March 23, 2019 at approximately 10:26 pm, Mr. Rafiq Hawkins was shot and killed in the 1200 block of Brentwood Road, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
