On Monday, September 11, 2017, at approximately 9:30 pm, Mr. David Neal was stabbed and killed in the 3900 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SW.  The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
