On Friday, December 23, 1994, at approximately 4:25 pm, Mr. Samir “Sam” Reyes (known to some as “Sam WIlliams”) was fatally shot in the 5000 block of E Street, SE.  The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
