On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at approximately 1:45 pm, Mr. Balmore Mauricio Fuentes was fatally shot in the rear of the 1100 block of Oates Street, NE.  The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
