On January 31, 1993, at approximately 2:50 am, Mr. Fidel Rodriguez Hernandez was shot and killed in the 1400 block of Rhode Island Avenue, NW.  The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
