On Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at approximately 2:30 pm, Mr. Leoncia Loza was assaulted along  the Kenilworth Aquatic Trail in Northeast DC. On March 31, 2017, Mr. Loza succumbed to his injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
