On Thursday, December 1, 2016 at approximately 7:29 pm, Mr. Timothy Pretlow was shot and killed in the 1800 block of Capitol Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
