On Saturday, September 14, 1996, at approximately 10:35 pm, Mr. Anthony Bruce Stidam was shot and killed in the 4100 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SW. The Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
