On Sunday, February 22, 2015, at approximately 12:39 pm, Mr. Torrey Bowman was shot in the 1200 block of Emerson Street, NE. He succumbed to his injuries on Monday, February 23, 2015. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
